 360 FEEDBACK PSYCHOMETRICS TOOLS

Another perspective and data can accelerate change

EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE EIP AND EIP 360’ FEEDBACK

Why use this?  To grow and develop Emotional Intelligence, identify blind spots, and receive objective feedback for development.

Science has shown that feeling precedes thought and behaviour, so businesses high in Emotional Intelligence benefit from more engaged employees and leaders, staff who are more able to adapt and cope with change, better team working, collaboration and innovation.
The JCA EIP is totally unique in that it identifies a leader’s core attitudes of self regard and regard for others, a measure in no other EI tool on the market. It enables us to unlock potential and enable sustainable change by identifying the underlying attitudes that underpin an individual’s thinking and feeling, which then drives their behaviour.

  • Uncover potential performance risks.

  • Improve the interview technique.

  • Compare candidates.

  • Reduce bias in hiring decisions.

MYERS BRIGGS TYPE INDICATOR (MBTI)

Why use it?  For understanding yourself and others’ personality preferences.

This tool is still a great start point for understanding and describing personality.  Whilst this tool is not useful for making hiring decisions it is great at giving teams and leaders a common language to understand their preference and behaviour choices as well as the importance of valuing diversity.

The tool can be used to relate their personality to their behaviours at work with specific insights into communication style, problem solving, agility with change and behaviours under stress. MBTI is very powerful for developing high performing teams.
