how I work with you

Over the last 10 years I have coached and advised hundreds of leaders, empowering them to achieve new levels of performance and success in both their professional and personal lives.  I have worked with high achievers from multiple industries including FMCG, financial services, construction, IT and Digital, law, logistics and manufacturing.   

My style is to blend what I have learnt about the science of human performance and coaching with my experience leading teams in the corporate world, both in Organisational Development and Product Innovation.

I work with my clients to create a private and confidential space to uncover new levels of self-insight and understanding, which you can use to fast-track the achievement of what you want most. I will work with you to clarify what is most important to you and to be specific about your goals.   If we both think we are a good fit, we will create a safe space to analyse and learn from your triumphs and find ways to successfully navigate your challenges. 

I offer private coaching packages on a six-monthly basis.  I will work with you either fortnightly or monthly, and once you have secured your slot this time will be yours for the six- month period as well as well as follow up messaging and notes between sessions.

I work with leaders in new roles to map out, plan and make a great impact in their first 100 days in role.  I know this is a highly energising and motivating time for leaders that can also require a reset of mindset and, at times, bring anxieties and insecurities to the surface.  I will be in your corner and fully connected to the goals you have for this period as you go through the highs, and sometimes lows, of taking on a new challenge.


Leading and creating strategy 

 I will support you as you design and roll out your plans and strategies.  Working with you to make sure your team and those who need to be involved feel connected and committed to the purpose of the work, as well as clearly understanding how you will make it happen. I can act as a sounding board and as a critical friend when you need someone to scenario plan with or to truly play devil’s advocate.

·       how do we make sure this level of performance can be maintained with less effort?
I will work with you as you figure out how to create the high-performance climate you need without the burnout,  carving out more capacity for you to get the balance right.
